The seafood you're eating has gone from our boats to our on-site processing facility to our kitchen and now to your plate. All local, all wild-caught, and sustainably sourced.
We're known for our fish & chips (best in town we hear!) and our seafood chowder packed with a variety of delicious fish. Our french fries are hand-cut from BC Kennebec potatoes.

When you walk into our local seafood market you'll be greeted by the friendly atmosphere and a hint of the salty West Coast in the air. Our small, sustainable operation means we prioritize cleanliness and processes that keep our market experience top-quality.
Every piece of fish you purchase comes labeled with the name of the boat and the area where we caught it. From hand-cutting our fish to our informative team, our goal is to deliver excellent customer experience and even better seafood.
What's in season at the market?
Our founder, Bob, created a system to freeze fish solid within an
hour of being caught and now every boat in our fleet is equipped
with customized freezing systems. Fast freezing leads to smaller ice
crystal formation, leaving the quality of your seafood pristine and
delicious.
This process is worth the extra time and investment we put into our
fishery because it means serving the very finest seafood to our
customers every day.
Each morning, before your fish is hand-cut for our market, we
refresh our seafood in circulating water. This is the final step in
our ‘frozen at sea’ process, which allows your fish to taste as if
it had been swimming in the ocean that morning.

After 40+ years we still hand-cut our fish every morning. After we refresh our 'frozen at sea' fish for the very freshest taste, our team of fish cutters will begin preparing that morning's orders and market selections.
We also do on-site smoking and candied processes. We're the only BC-owned and operated fishery and processing plant on the West Coast and we're proud to offer all kinds of processing for our customers.
